Wafangdian is the birthplace of China's bearing industry and home to a major industrial cluster, with a complete chain of forging, turning, heat treatment, grinding and inspection, and a large pool of experienced skilled workers. Drawing on this ecosystem, ZBZ combines the capability to manufacture large, heavy-duty bearings with the process flexibility to respond quickly to custom engineering.
ZBZ focuses on medium to large bearings, with complete in-house process capability from forged blank to finished product, and dedicated process routes configured for heavy-duty duty cycles.
Ring rolling and open-die forging with controlled grain flow and density, laying the foundation for fatigue life.
CNC vertical and horizontal lathes covering rough and finish turning of medium and large rings, plus oil grooves and oil holes.
Controlled-atmosphere protective heating with bainitic austempering and stabilising tempering, giving uniform structure and low distortion.
CNC grinders finish the raceways and inside / outside diameters, controlling roundness, waviness and surface lay direction.
Raceway superfinishing and logarithmic roller profiling reduce friction and improve oil film formation.
Clearance matching, assembly and full performance inspection, with all mandatory checks completed before dispatch.
